🔷 Accessibility at Soul II Soul
✨ How We Support Access
At Soul II Soul, accessibility is part of our spiritual practice. We believe every soul deserves access to healing, ritual, and community—regardless of ability, neurotype, mobility, or device. Whether you’re visiting us online or joining us in person, we are committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive experience for everyone.
🌍 Website Accessibility
Our website is designed and maintained with accessibility in mind. We aim to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards, which help make web content more inclusive for people with visual, auditory, cognitive, and motor disabilities.
💻 What We’ve Implemented:
Accessibility Widget: We use the UserWay Accessibility Widget, which allows users to customize their experience with tools such as text enlargement, contrast adjustment, dyslexia-friendly fonts, keyboard navigation, and more.
Alt Text & Structure: We strive to provide meaningful alternative text for images and use consistent heading structures to support readability.
Color Contrast & Readability: We assess our color palette and font choices to support visual clarity.
Ongoing Monitoring: We regularly check our site for accessibility barriers and update content to improve user experience.

🕯️ In-Person Events & Physical Accessibility
Soul II Soul hosts pop-ups, rituals, workshops, and community gatherings. We aim to make these events inclusive and accessible.
Upon Request, We Can Offer:
Verbal explanations or walk-throughs of information
Assistance with reading or completing forms
Support understanding materials, such as waivers or event details
Flexible seating or positioning when available
Companions or caregivers:
If you're attending with a caregiver or companion and need assistance, please let us know when you RSVP. While we cannot guarantee complimentary entry for all companions, we’ll do our best to accommodate your situation with care and flexibility.
We ask that accessibility requests be made at least 48 hours before the event so we can prepare appropriately. If you need support on shorter notice, we will do what we can.

📜 Waivers, Forms, & Documents
We understand that not everyone accesses information the same way. If you’re asked to review or sign a waiver or agreement, we are happy to assist. Upon request, we can:
Read the document aloud
Explain sections in plain, conversational language
You can request support by speaking to a team member at the event or reaching out in advance.
🌱 Accessibility as a Living Practice
We view accessibility as an evolving and collaborative effort. While we aim to meet recognized accessibility standards, we know that individual experiences vary. We are committed to improving over time and welcome your feedback and suggestions.
⚖️ Legal & Policy Information
Soul II Soul strives to align with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable accessibility laws. We are not able to guarantee perfect accessibility across all platforms or event venues, but we make every reasonable effort to provide inclusive access and address barriers that may arise.
If we fall short, we welcome your input and will do our best to correct the issue.
