ORACLE INTUITIVE READINGS POLICY

At Soul II Soul, Inc., we are honored to offer Oracle Intuitive Readings as a tool for spiritual guidance, self-reflection, and personal growth. Every reading is approached with care, compassion, and respect for each client's unique journey.
Please review the following policy before purchasing or scheduling a reading.
1. NATURE OF ORACLE INTUITIVE READINGS
Oracle Intuitive Readings are intended to provide spiritual insight, personal reflection, and intuitive guidance. Every reading is unique and reflects the reader's intuitive interpretation at the time of the reading.
Because intuitive readings are personal and subjective, Soul II Soul, Inc. cannot guarantee specific outcomes, predictions, timelines, or results. We encourage every client to use their own judgment, intuition, beliefs, and discernment when reflecting on the guidance received.
2. READING OPTIONS, SCHEDULING & PAYMENT
Soul II Soul offers different reading experiences:
Full Oracle Intuitive Readings are private, one-on-one appointments generally lasting 30–45 minutes and are offered in person or virtually only. Full Readings are live appointments and are not available through messaging. In-person Full Readings are scheduled before regular store hours to provide a quiet, private, and uninterrupted experience.
Crystal Clear 3-Card Quick Readings are generally 10–15 minutes and focus on three specific questions. Quick Readings may be offered in person, virtually, or through messaging. They may sometimes be available during regular store hours when time allows, but immediate or same-day availability is not guaranteed.
Private Group Reading Events are available by arrangement and may have different formats, timing, locations, and participation requirements. Private Group Reading Events have separate payment and booking terms described below.
Individual readings are subject to availability and must be paid in full in advance, unless otherwise expressly arranged by Soul II Soul.
An individual reading or appointment is not confirmed until payment has been received and the appointment time, format, or other reading arrangement has been confirmed by Soul II Soul.
3. PRIVATE INDIVIDUAL READINGS
Our regular live readings are private, one-on-one experiences between the reader and the client.
All in-person Full Oracle Intuitive Readings are scheduled before Soul II Soul's normal business hours to provide each client with a quiet, private, and uninterrupted experience.
During your appointment, the store is closed to the public, allowing your reading to take place in a peaceful and confidential setting.
Friends, family members, children, and other guests are not permitted to participate in, observe, or remain with the client during a private reading.
Anyone accompanying you will need to wait elsewhere until the store opens.
Once your reading has concluded, you are welcome to browse and shop while we prepare to open when time permits, and you may continue shopping once regular business hours begin.
Clients must be 18 years of age or older. Minors and children may not participate in or attend readings.
Reasonable accommodations will be provided in accordance with applicable law. Please see our Accessibility Statement for additional information regarding accommodations, service animals, and support persons.
4. CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING, NO-SHOWS & LATE ARRIVALS
Because your appointment reserves dedicated time and prevents another client from booking that time, cancellations are not permitted and reading purchases are generally non-refundable.
In limited circumstances, Soul II Soul, Inc. may, at its sole discretion, approve a request to reschedule an appointment. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis and subject to availability.
Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior approval are considered no-shows. No-shows are not eligible for a refund, credit, or rescheduling, except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by Soul II Soul, Inc.
If you arrive or join late, we will make every reasonable effort to provide your reading during the remaining scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals do not extend the appointment and are not eligible for a refund, credit, or partial refund based on lost appointment time.
If you arrive so late that the reading can no longer reasonably be conducted, the appointment may be treated as a no-show.
If Soul II Soul, Inc. must cancel or reschedule your appointment due to illness, an emergency, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, you will be offered the choice of rescheduling your appointment or receiving a full refund.
5. VIRTUAL & MESSAGING READINGS
Virtual readings may be available for both Full Oracle Intuitive Readings and Crystal Clear 3-Card Quick Readings.
Messaging-based readings are available only for eligible Quick Reading services and are not available for Full Oracle Intuitive Readings.
Virtual readings follow the same applicable scheduling, cancellation, no-show, privacy, conduct, and late-arrival policies as in-person appointments.
For messaging-based Quick Readings, the reading will be completed and delivered according to the timeframe and method communicated by Soul II Soul. Appointment-based requirements that do not reasonably apply to a messaging reading, such as late-arrival provisions, do not apply.
6. PROFESSIONAL DISCLAIMER & CONSENT
Oracle Intuitive Readings are offered for spiritual guidance, personal reflection, insight, and entertainment purposes.
Readings are not substitutes for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, tax, or other licensed professional advice.
Soul II Soul, Inc. and its readers do not diagnose illnesses, prescribe treatments, guarantee predictions or outcomes, or make decisions on behalf of clients. Clients remain responsible for their own choices, decisions, actions, and circumstances.
A reader may decline to address a question or subject that is inappropriate, outside the intended scope of an intuitive reading, or more appropriately addressed by a qualified professional.
Clients may be required to acknowledge or complete our separate Reading Consent & Liability Waiver before participating in a reading.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY, RESPECTFUL CONDUCT & READER BOUNDARIES
Soul II Soul, Inc. respects the privacy of every client and treats information shared during a reading with care and discretion.
We also expect clients to respect the reader's personal and professional boundaries.
Soul II Soul and its readers reserve the right to:
Decline to answer a particular question or redirect a reading when appropriate.
Refuse service or end a reading if a client engages in abusive, threatening, harassing, sexually inappropriate, discriminatory, disruptive, unsafe, or otherwise inappropriate conduct.
Refuse or end a reading if a client appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs to an extent that interferes with the reading or creates an unsafe or inappropriate environment.
Decline requests that are unlawful, unethical, outside the scope of an intuitive reading, or more appropriately addressed by a qualified professional.
Refuse future services because of threats, harassment, repeated unwanted contact, or other inappropriate behavior before, during, or after a reading.
Audio recording, video recording, photography, livestreaming, or otherwise reproducing a private reading is not permitted without the reader's prior consent.
Purchasing a reading does not entitle a client to additional reading time, additional questions, continued communication, or services beyond what was purchased or agreed upon.
If a reading is refused or ended because of client conduct, the appointment is generally not eligible for a refund, credit, or rescheduling, except where required by applicable law.
8. PRIVATE GROUP READING EVENTS
Soul II Soul offers Private Group Reading Events by arrangement. These events may have different formats, durations, locations, scheduling arrangements, pricing, and participation requirements based on the event booked.
A deposit is required to reserve a Private Group Reading Event, with the remaining balance due following the event in accordance with the payment arrangements provided at booking. The event is not considered reserved until the required deposit and booking confirmation have been received.
Although guests attend the event as a group, each person's reading is individual and remains private between the reader and the person being read.
During an individual's reading:
Other participants and guests may not observe, listen to, record, or participate in another person's reading.
Participants must provide appropriate privacy and space while another guest is being read.
Each participant receives the reading format and time included with the event. Additional questions or reading time cannot be guaranteed.
This structure protects each participant's privacy and helps preserve the focused environment and energy of the individual reading.
Private Group Reading Events are also subject to our Classes & Events Policy, the applicable provisions of this Reading Policy, and any event-specific terms provided when the event is booked.
Event-specific terms may address the number of participants, timing, location, payment, cancellation or rescheduling arrangements, and other details specific to the event.
9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Soul II Soul, Inc. may update this policy from time to time as our services, scheduling practices, or business needs evolve.
Changes become effective when posted on our website unless otherwise required by applicable law.
