Classes & Events Policy
Effective Date: August 5, 2026
At Soul II Soul, Inc., we are honored to welcome you to our classes, workshops, and special events. Our goal is to provide a welcoming, respectful, educational, and enjoyable experience where individuals from all backgrounds and experience levels can learn, connect, and grow together.
By registering for or attending one of our classes, workshops, or events, you agree to the following policy.
1. Registration & Payment
Registration may be required for certain classes, workshops, and special events.
Your space is reserved only after full payment has been received. Registration is generally available on a first-come, first-served basis and may close once an event reaches capacity.
2. Creating a Respectful Community
Soul II Soul, Inc. welcomes individuals from all backgrounds, beliefs, cultures, identities, and experience levels.
We ask every participant to contribute to a respectful, inclusive, and supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable learning, sharing, and growing together.
Harassment, discrimination, threatening behavior, abusive language, disorderly conduct, or other disruptive behavior toward guests, instructors, readers, or staff will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.
3. Age Requirements
Unless otherwise stated for a specific class, workshop, or event, participants must be 18 years of age or older.
4. Refunds
Because seating and participation are often limited, each reservation holds a space that cannot be offered to another guest. For this reason, registrations are generally non-refundable.
Any refund, credit, or transfer is granted solely at the discretion of Soul II Soul, Inc., except where required by applicable Florida law.
5. Cancellation by Soul II Soul
If Soul II Soul, Inc. must cancel a class, workshop, or event, registered participants will receive the option of:
A full refund, or
A transfer to another available class or event, if applicable.
If an event is rescheduled, participants may also choose to transfer their registration to the new date, when available.
6. No-Shows
Participants who fail to attend a scheduled class, workshop, or event without prior approval are considered no-shows.
Because your reserved space could have been made available to another guest, no-shows are not eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer, except at the sole discretion of Soul II Soul, Inc.
7. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time to help ensure a positive experience for everyone.
Late arrivals may be admitted at the discretion of Soul II Soul, Inc. if doing so will not disrupt the class or event. Depending on the nature of the class or workshop, late entry may not be permitted.
Late arrival does not extend the scheduled event time or entitle participants to a refund, credit, or transfer.
8. Participant Conduct
To help maintain a welcoming and enjoyable environment for everyone, participants are expected to:
Treat fellow guests, instructors, readers, and staff with kindness and respect.
Follow all instructions provided by event facilitators.
Refrain from disruptive, abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior.
Respect the personal beliefs, practices, and experiences of others.
Keep mobile phones on silent or vibrate during classes and workshops unless otherwise permitted.
9. Health, Safety & Store Policies
To promote a safe and comfortable environment for all participants:
Smoking, vaping, and the use of recreational drugs are prohibited during classes, workshops, and events.
Guests who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be refused admission or asked to leave without refund.
Participants should immediately report any safety concerns to a member of our staff.
Service Animals
Only service animals recognized under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are permitted at classes, workshops, and events. In most circumstances, this includes dogs that are individually trained to perform specific tasks for a person with a disability. Where required by applicable law, qualified miniature horses may also be accommodated.
Emotional support animals, therapy animals, comfort animals, companion animals, pets, and animals whose sole function is to provide emotional support or comfort are not considered service animals under the ADA and are not permitted at our classes, workshops, or events.
Soul II Soul, Inc. reserves the right to ask the questions permitted by applicable law to determine whether an animal qualifies as a service animal. We also reserve the right to exclude any animal that is not under the handler's control, is not housebroken, or poses a direct threat to the health or safety of others, as permitted by applicable law.
10. Photography & Recording
From time to time, Soul II Soul, Inc. may photograph or record classes and events for promotional, educational, or social media purposes.
By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in photographs or recordings. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please notify a member of our staff before the event begins, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
Guests may not photograph, record, or livestream instructors, presentations, readings, or other participants without prior permission.
11. Accessibility
Soul II Soul, Inc. is committed to providing an accessible and welcoming environment.
Please contact us in advance if you require a reasonable accommodation so we can make every reasonable effort to meet your needs.
For additional information, please review our Accessibility Statement.
12. Right to Refuse Admission
Soul II Soul, Inc. reserves the right to refuse admission to or remove any participant from a class, workshop, or event whose behavior is disruptive, threatening, unsafe, unlawful, inconsistent with this policy, or if other circumstances make participation inappropriate or inadvisable.
Removal from a class, workshop, or event under these circumstances does not entitle the participant to a refund, credit, or transfer.
13. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
Participation in classes, workshops, and events is voluntary. By attending, you acknowledge that participation may involve certain inherent risks and that you voluntarily assume those risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Florida law, you agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Soul II Soul, Inc., its owners, employees, independent contractors, instructors, volunteers, affiliates, and, where applicable, the event venue, from claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to your participation, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct where such liability cannot be waived under applicable law.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
