CLASSES & EVENTS POLICY

Effective Date: August 8, 2026

At Soul II Soul, Inc., we are honored to welcome you to our classes, workshops, circles, ceremonies, meditations, and special events. Our goal is to provide a welcoming, respectful, educational, and enjoyable environment where individuals from all backgrounds, beliefs, cultures, identities, and experience levels can learn, connect, and grow together.

By registering for or attending one of our classes or events, you agree to the following policy.

1. REGISTRATION & PAYMENT

Registration

Registration may be required for certain classes, workshops, and events. Your space is reserved only after full payment has been received.

Registration is generally available on a first-come, first-served basis and may close once an event reaches capacity.

Final Sales

Because seating and participation are often limited and facilitators may receive a portion of ticket sales, registrations are generally final and non-refundable.

Loyalty rewards, coupons, discounts, and promotions may not be used toward classes or events unless specifically permitted by Soul II Soul.

2. CANCELLATIONS, NO-SHOWS & LATE ARRIVALS

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens. Any refund, credit, transfer, or rescheduling is granted at the discretion of Soul II Soul, Inc., except where required by applicable law.

Approval is not guaranteed and is subject to availability and the circumstances involved.

No-Shows

Participants who fail to attend without prior approval are considered no-shows.

No-shows are not eligible for a refund, credit, transfer, or rescheduling, except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by Soul II Soul.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time to help ensure a positive experience for everyone.

Late participants may join the remaining portion of an event when doing so will not significantly disrupt the facilitator or other participants. Late arrival does not extend the event or qualify for a refund, credit, or transfer for time missed.

For ceremonies, meditations, rituals, workshops, or other experiences where entering late would significantly interrupt the experience, late entry may not be permitted.

If We Cancel or Reschedule

If Soul II Soul or a facilitator must cancel an event, registered participants will be offered the choice of a full refund or transfer to another available event, when applicable.

If an event is rescheduled, participants may transfer their registration to the new date or receive another appropriate resolution offered by Soul II Soul.

3. AGE REQUIREMENTS & GUESTS

Regular Classes & Events

Unless otherwise stated for a specific event, participants must be 18 years of age or older.

Children and minors may not attend adult classes or events as accompanying guests. Only registered participants may attend ticketed events unless otherwise stated.

Private Group Reading Events

Private Group Reading Events are different. Because these are privately arranged gatherings, the regular age and guest restrictions above do not apply to the gathering as a whole.

Other guests or family members may be present at the private gathering. However, eligibility requirements for receiving a reading still apply, and each individual reading remains private as described below.

4. RESPECTFUL CONDUCT, SAFETY & RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Creating a Respectful Community

Soul II Soul welcomes individuals from all backgrounds, beliefs, cultures, identities, and experience levels.

Participants are expected to:

  • Treat guests, facilitators, readers, and staff with kindness and respect.

  • Follow reasonable instructions provided by facilitators or Soul II Soul staff.

  • Respect the personal beliefs, practices, boundaries, and experiences of others.

  • Keep mobile phones on silent or vibrate during classes and events unless otherwise permitted.

Conduct & Removal

Soul II Soul may refuse admission, end participation, or require someone to leave for threatening, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, sexually inappropriate, disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, or otherwise seriously inappropriate behavior.

This also includes conduct that substantially interferes with the facilitator, staff, another participant, or the event itself; refusal to follow reasonable safety or event instructions; or intentional damage to property or misuse of materials.

If someone is refused admission or removed because of their conduct, they are generally not eligible for a refund, credit, transfer, or rescheduling.

Soul II Soul may also refuse future participation or service because of threats, harassment, serious misconduct, repeated inappropriate behavior, or significant violations of our policies.

Alcohol, Drugs, Smoking & Vaping

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside Soul II Soul. Recreational or illegal drug use is not permitted during classes or events.

Participants whose intoxication or impairment creates a safety concern, causes significant disruption, or prevents appropriate participation may be refused admission or asked to leave without refund.

Participants should promptly report safety concerns to Soul II Soul staff or the event facilitator.

5. PARTICIPATION, ASSUMPTION OF RISK & WAIVERS

Participation & Safety

Participation in classes and events is voluntary. Activities vary and may involve spiritual practices, meditation, movement, sound, botanicals, oils, candles, crystals, ritual tools, crafts, or other activities depending on the event.

Participants are responsible for following reasonable instructions and determining whether an activity is appropriate for them, including consideration of allergies, sensitivities, physical limitations, pregnancy, medical conditions, or other personal circumstances.

Participants may choose not to participate in an individual activity if they are uncomfortable doing so.

Assumption of Risk

By voluntarily participating, you acknowledge that some activities may involve inherent or reasonably foreseeable risks and that you accept responsibility for your voluntary participation to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy waives or limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be waived or limited.

Waivers & Event-Specific Requirements

Certain classes, workshops, activities, or events may require a separate waiver, release, consent form, safety acknowledgment, or event-specific terms.

Completion of required documentation may be a condition of participation.

6. PRIVACY, PHOTOGRAPHY & RECORDING

Guest Photography & Recording

Please respect the privacy, personal experiences, and intellectual property of facilitators and other participants.

Guests may not photograph, audio record, video record, livestream, or otherwise record instructors, readings, presentations, instructional materials, or other participants without prior permission.

Participants may not reproduce or distribute substantial portions of an event, class materials, teachings, or presentations without authorization.

Personal photography may be permitted when appropriate, provided it does not disrupt the event or violate another person's privacy.

Soul II Soul Photography & Recording

Soul II Soul may occasionally photograph or record portions of classes and events for promotional, educational, website, or social media purposes.

If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please notify us before the event begins, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

7. FACILITATORS & EVENT-SPECIFIC TERMS

Some classes and events are led by independent facilitators, practitioners, teachers, artists, readers, or other third parties.

Their views, teachings, methods, opinions, and statements are their own and do not necessarily represent those of Soul II Soul, Inc.

Individual events may have additional requirements based on the nature of the experience. Event-specific terms, instructions, or requirements provided at registration or booking also apply and may supplement this policy.

8. PRIVATE GROUP READING EVENTS

Private Group Reading Events are subject to this policy, the applicable provisions of our Oracle Intuitive Readings Policy, and any event-specific booking terms.

Individual Readings During Private Events

Although guests attend the gathering together, each person's reading is individual and private between the reader and the person being read.

Other guests may not observe, listen to, record, or participate in another person's reading. Appropriate privacy and space must be provided for each individual reading.

Booking & Payment

A deposit is required to reserve a Private Group Reading Event. The remaining balance is due following the event according to the payment arrangements provided at booking.

Event-specific terms may also address participant count, location, timing, cancellation or rescheduling arrangements, and other details particular to the event.

9. SPIRITUAL DISCLAIMER & ACCESSIBILITY

Spiritual & Educational Disclaimer

Classes and events are offered for educational, spiritual, personal-development, or entertainment purposes, depending on the nature of the experience. No particular spiritual, personal, emotional, financial, health, or other outcome is guaranteed.
