SPIRITUAL SERVICES POLICY

Effective Date: August 8, 2026

At Soul II Soul, Inc., we are honored to offer private spiritual services designed to support personal reflection, spiritual connection, energetic practices, and meaningful ritual experiences.

This policy applies to individual spiritual services offered by Soul II Soul, including Spiritual Limpias, Cleansings, Chakra Alignments, Botanical Chakra Alignments, and similar spiritual or energetic services.

By booking or participating in a spiritual service, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to this policy and voluntarily choose to participate.

1. BOOKING & PAYMENT

Appointments

Spiritual services are provided by appointment and are subject to availability.

Appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking and are not confirmed until payment has been received and the appointment has been confirmed by Soul II Soul.

Individual Experiences

Each spiritual service is a personal experience and may vary based on the service selected and the individual session.

Depending on the service, the experience may incorporate spiritual or energetic practices, botanicals, herbs, flowers, oils, sacred water, smoke or incense, sacred woods, crystals, sound or vibration, Oracle cards, ritual tools, or other traditional or spiritual elements.

2. CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING, NO-SHOWS & LATE ARRIVALS

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Because your appointment reserves dedicated time that could otherwise be offered to another client, cancellations are not permitted and spiritual service purchases are generally non-refundable.

In limited circumstances, Soul II Soul may, at its discretion, approve a request to reschedule. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.

No-Shows

Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior approval are considered no-shows.

No-shows are not eligible for a refund, credit, or rescheduling, except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by Soul II Soul.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we will make reasonable efforts to provide your service during the remaining scheduled appointment time.

Late arrival does not extend the appointment and does not qualify for a refund, credit, or partial refund for time missed.

If you arrive so late that the service can no longer reasonably be provided, the appointment may be treated as a no-show.

If We Cancel

If Soul II Soul must cancel or reschedule your appointment due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, you will be offered the choice of rescheduling or receiving a full refund.

3. PRIVATE APPOINTMENTS & AGE REQUIREMENTS

Spiritual services are private, individual experiences between the practitioner and the client.

Friends, family members, children, and other guests may not participate in, observe, or remain with the client during the service unless expressly approved by Soul II Soul or required as a reasonable accommodation under applicable law.

Clients must be 18 years of age or older. Minors and children may not participate in individual spiritual services unless Soul II Soul specifically offers or approves a service for a younger participant.

Reasonable accommodations will be provided in accordance with applicable law. Please review our Accessibility Statement for additional information.

4. BOTANICALS, SMOKE, OILS, SOUND & SENSITIVITIES

Depending on the service selected, spiritual practices may involve fresh or dried herbs and flowers, botanicals, oils, aromatic products, sacred water, smoke, incense, resins, sacred woods, sound, vibration, crystals, or other ritual materials.

Some materials may be applied to, placed on, or used near the body as part of the spiritual service.

Clients should inform Soul II Soul before the service begins of known allergies, skin sensitivities, respiratory sensitivities, scent sensitivities, hearing or sound sensitivities, physical limitations, or other concerns relevant to the service.

When reasonably possible, a particular material or practice may be modified or omitted. However, some elements may be fundamental to a particular service. If a service cannot reasonably or appropriately be provided as intended, Soul II Soul may discuss available alternatives with the client.

Participation is voluntary. You may ask to pause, modify, or stop a service at any time.

5. CONSENT, PHYSICAL CONTACT & PARTICIPATION

Certain spiritual services may involve appropriate physical contact or the application, placement, movement, or use of spiritual or botanical materials on or near the body.

Other services may involve standing or positioning yourself in connection with ritual tools, including sound instruments, or remaining in a particular position for portions of the service.

Clients are encouraged to communicate any discomfort, sensitivity, physical limitation, or personal boundary before or during the service.

You may decline a particular form of contact or activity, and consent may be withdrawn at any time.

Soul II Soul and its practitioners may modify, decline, pause, or discontinue an activity when it cannot reasonably or appropriately be performed or when continuing would be inconsistent with the intended nature of the service.

By booking and participating in a spiritual service, clients acknowledge that they have reviewed and accepted this policy, understand the nature of the service and materials that may be used, and voluntarily choose to participate.

Soul II Soul may provide additional service-specific instructions or request additional consent when reasonably appropriate based on the nature of a particular service.

6. SPIRITUAL NATURE OF SERVICES & DISCLAIMER

Spiritual Limpias, Cleansings, Chakra Alignments, Botanical Chakra Alignments, Oracle elements incorporated into these services, and similar offerings are provided for spiritual, metaphysical, ceremonial, personal-reflection, and entertainment purposes.

References to concepts such as energy, chakras, cleansing, alignment, blockages, protection, aura, vibration, or similar spiritual concepts reflect spiritual, cultural, metaphysical, or traditional beliefs and practices. They should not be interpreted as medical diagnoses, scientifically established health claims, or promises of a particular result.

Every person's experience is different. Soul II Soul does not guarantee any particular spiritual, energetic, emotional, physical, financial, personal, or other outcome.

These services are not substitutes for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, mental health, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Soul II Soul does not diagnose medical or mental health conditions, prescribe treatments, or advise clients to discontinue professional care or prescribed medications. Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, health care, and circumstances.

Any Oracle or intuitive component incorporated into a spiritual service is provided for spiritual guidance and personal reflection and does not constitute a guaranteed prediction or outcome.

Please review our General Disclaimer for additional information regarding the spiritual and metaphysical nature of our products and services.

7. CONDUCT, BOUNDARIES & RIGHT TO REFUSE OR END SERVICE

Soul II Soul and its practitioners may refuse to begin, modify, pause, or end a service when reasonably necessary, including for:

  • Threatening, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, sexually inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe behavior.

  • Refusal to respect the practitioner's personal or professional boundaries.

  • Intoxication or impairment that interferes with the service or creates an inappropriate or unsafe environment.

  • Requests or conduct that are unlawful, inappropriate, or outside the intended scope of the spiritual service.

  • Circumstances that make continuing the service unreasonable or inappropriate.

Clients may not photograph, audio record, video record, livestream, or otherwise record a private spiritual service without prior permission.

If a service is refused or ended because of client conduct, the appointment is generally not eligible for a refund, credit, or rescheduling, except where required by applicable law.

Soul II Soul may also refuse future services because of threats, harassment, serious misconduct, repeated unwanted contact, repeated inappropriate behavior, or significant violations of our policies.

8. POLICY CHANGES & CONTACT

Soul II Soul, Inc. may update this policy from time to time as our services, practices, materials, or business needs evolve. Changes become effective when posted unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If you have questions about a spiritual service, allergies or sensitivities, an upcoming appointment, accessibility, or this policy, please contact us before your appointment.
